Yes, I will not mention the author who trashed her illustrator (VERY POPULAR ONE!) but it RUINED the book for me! RUINED it!!! I cannot read the book or buy the book or recommend the book. The book is popular, it is a good book for teaching writing. BUT THE AUTHOR RUINED IT. I am sad. She might have gotten over it, or not, but I have not. So don't ruin books for the readers, for the buyers of the books. www.debrennersmith.com
